Polistas offers free returns on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. To initiate your return, email us at hello@polistas.com with your order number and we will arrange a prepaid return label by reply.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Polistas does not offer free returns for non-EU and Rest of World orders. We recommend that you return items using a recorded or signed-for postal service and that you retain proof of postage.

Please send your return to the address below, enclosing your order number and reason for return.

We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please let us know your preferred exchange when you get in touch and we will confirm before you return your item. Exchanges are dispatched at no additional delivery charge within the UK.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
